About this course

As educators, we navigate a digital world that can be both empowering and exhausting. Thriving in a Digital World is designed to help you reclaim balance, reduce burnout, and build sustainable tech habits that enhance your well-being in and out of the classroom.

You’ll explore practical strategies to manage digital fatigue, set boundaries, and shift from reactive to intentional tech use. Through reflection and an introduction to the science of digital overload, you'll gain tools to balance connectivity with focus and productivity.

While the course emphasizes your personal digital well-being, it also highlights your influence on students’ tech habits. You'll learn to model healthy digital behavior, incorporate tech-free moments, and guide students toward more mindful, purposeful technology use. Strengthening your own digital resilience will empower you to support theirs.
